Hohenfelden - Thüringer Glitzerwelt

The Thuringian Glitter World is an annual, spectacular light and entertainment event at the Hohenfelden Reservoir adventure region.

During the winter months, the area is transformed into a magical sea of lights, with hundreds of elaborately designed, illuminated figures and installations forming the main attraction. The themes of the exhibits change seasonally and range from animal worlds to fantastic adventures.

In addition to the sparkling light objects, the Glitter World offers an extensive entertainment program with shows, artists, and often a Ferris wheel that provides a panoramic view of the illuminated grounds. Numerous culinary stations cater to the physical well-being of visitors.
