Erlebnispark Memleben

Memleben Adventure Park, which opened in 2005, is located in the town of Memleben in the Burgenland district of Saxony-Anhalt, around 43 kilometers south of Lutherstadt Eisleben. The Memleben Adventure Park, which covers around 35,000 square meters and was created from the former winter quarters of Circus Charivari, is home to around 400 animals from 80 species. In addition to dromedaries, horses, zebras, elands, pelicans, parrots and tigers, many other animals await visitors. The circus museum is also worth a visit. You can also visit one of the changing shows, for example the animal school, where the animals are trained for film and television productions, or one of the horse dressage shows. The shows with the parrots and seals are also worth seeing. Various rides such as “Butterfly”, ‘Skydive’, “Luna ”, the nostalgic children's carousel or the children's chain flyer provide the necessary action. Younger guests can also let off steam on the playground, at the gold panning facility, on the trampolines, while bullriding or in the bouncy castles. Fancy a duel? Then go ahead and milk the cow and find out who can milk the most “milk” in a given time. As such an excursion is sure to make you hungry, Memleben Adventure Park offers a wide variety of delicacies and child-friendly dishes in its restaurant by the pond and the “Altaj” snack bar.
