Sanarium

The sanarium is particularly suitable for guests who find the sauna too hot and the steam bath too humid. With a climate of around 60 ° C and 50% humidity, you can relax gently and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. Due to the relatively mild temperature in the sanarium, a stay can be up to 30 minutes. As with a normal sauna, it is advisable to cool off after visiting the sanarium and then to take a break. Similar to the steam bath, the airways are calmed and the circulation is spared.
