The Diepholz wholesale market is known for its traditional atmosphere, which will also be maintained this year. Visitors can look forward to the popular conviviality in the festival tents and the extensive culinary offerings. The traditional food stands offer a wide selection of specialities that have been appreciated for years. In addition to the classic elements, there are many exciting new features to discover. The amusement park will provide adrenaline rushes with thrilling rides such as the Power Express, X-Factor and the Breakdancer. Classics such as the Ferris wheel and the bumper cars are also back and offer fun for the whole family.

A culinary experience for all the senses awaits visitors in the Genusswelt, formerly known as the culinary Genusswelt. From Grafenbrizza and pasta to Thai street food and delicious desserts such as ice cream - there is something for every taste here. The world of flavours is rounded off by a wide range of drinks, including wine and cocktails.

The cookery shows are a special highlight, with Mayor Florian Marré, Council President Jolanta Malan and chef Barbara Stadler demonstrating their skills. The programme includes exciting cooking duels and workshops on special delicacies such as truffles, green tea and wild herbs. Visitors can not only watch, but also take part in tastings.

The Diepholz twin towns of Thouars and Starogard will also be represented with stands. They will enrich the world of delights with typical local specialities and offer visitors the opportunity to discover culinary delights from France and Poland.

Sunday is all about the family. The day begins with a church service at the bumper cars and flows seamlessly into a cosy family brunch in the Genusswelt. Workshops on topics such as wild herbs and honey as well as cooking shows offer a varied programme for young and old.
