Cloppenburg - Junimarkt

Cloppenburg has a centuries-old tradition as a market town, and other festivals and special markets have been established in recent years and decades:

In 1950, the June market was organised for the first time as the successor to the Easter market. Over the years, it has continued to evolve and has been held over four days from Friday to Monday since 1996, just like the large Mariä-Geburtsmarkt.

The June market traditionally takes place on the first weekend in June.
