BergTierPark Blindham

In June 2004, the BergTierPark Blindham, privately run by Josef Sedlmair, opened just 30 km from Munich, Rosenheim and Wolfratshausen. Native wild animals such as fallow deer, red deer and mouflon, wild boar, raccoons, nutria, ferrets and other species live here in natural and species-appropriate enclosures on an area of 250,000 square metres. Another focus of Sedlmair's besides the wild animals are the old domestic animal breeds threatened with extinction, which is why the BergTierPark participates in the breeding programme for the preservation of rare endangered farm animal breeds. Of course, the BergTierPark is not lacking in play opportunities. In addition to the adventure playground, a giant swing, air bubble and bungee trampoline as well as a kiddy coaster await the little ones. Right next to the entrance, you'll find the all-weather indoor area "SpielStadl" on 2000 square metres spread over three floors. Here, swings, wobbly bridges, suspension bridges, slides, sandboxes, slide cars and a flying gondola are waiting to be played on and explored.
