Description
The bio-sauna (also called sanarium) is a gentle sauna variant with 50°C hot air and 50% humidity, which is also well tolerated by sauna beginners and people who normally do not like sauna. Positive results are achieved by "sauna light" in cases of cardiovascular problems, susceptibility to infections and even chronic pain, among others.
