About the Park
The residents of Bad Homburg have been celebrating the Lantern Festival every year on the first weekend in September since 1935. In addition to the many stalls, food stands, wine and beer gardens that line the route from Louisenstraße over the Ritter-von-Marx bridge to the large fairground on the Heuchelbach, you will find various attractive rides for young and old visitors to the Lantern Festival. Various rock and pop bands play on the stages in the city centre - live, of course. The highlights will certainly include the two festival parades, which will move from Usinger Weg to the Russian Church in the evening hours of Saturday and from Kalbacher Straße to the Russian Church on Sunday.
