About the Park
On the south-eastern edge of the inner circle of China's largest industrial city, Shanghai, with its 15 million inhabitants, the newest and most modern Disney park in the world has been waiting for you in the Pudong district since 16 June 2016. Meet well-known Disney characters such as Mickey, Donald & Co. Get up close and personal with adventurous pirates, travel through time and space and marvel at the magical evening show. A fairytale journey through five breathtaking lands with classic attractions, shows and parades. There are 3 rollercoasters and numerous different themed rides. In 2024, an attraction based on the film Zootopia opened as a dark ride. The park is part of the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.
