Hong Kong Disneyland Railroad - Main Street Station

Take a seat in one of the three original steam locomotives built in 1955 for the Disney Park in California and explore Hong Kong Disney in comfort. You have the option of getting on or off at the stops in Main Street, U.S.A or Fantasyland. The locomotives, each with five passenger cars with benches facing the park, run all day so you can hop on and off at any time.

History / Knowledge:
Since Walt Disney was a great railway enthusiast and he wanted to share his passion with his guests, he had his steam locomotives built for each park. Thus, the steam locomotives with names or places significant to Walt usually run in the parks. At Hong Kong Disneyland, the steam locomotives are named "Walter E. Disney", "Roy O. Disney", Walter's brother, and "Frank G. Wells", the president of The Walt Disney Company.
