About the Park
Less than 20 kilometres east of Victory Square in Adelaide is Cleland Wildlife Park. Since 1967, it has been a major attraction in South Australia to promote a greater appreciation of nature. In the park itself, more than 130 animal species are kept on an area of over 35 ha, a large part of which are indigenous. You will find koalas and kangaroos, wallabies and emus, reptiles and birds on your tour through the spacious enclosures. Particularly noteworthy are the open, spacious areas and the small number of classic animal enclosures.
